THINGS TO KNOW:
Routine Entry Deadline: June 4, 2025
Registration Completion Deadline: June 16, 2025
Studios DO NOT have to participate in a regional competition to participate in The Finals.
BEFORE
- Did you register for a regional event? Easily transfer routines over from that regional to the Finals of your choice without having to re-register
- 30 days before the event – routine entry is closed. New entries will not be accepted
- 18 days before the event – deadline for completed routine registration, (1) all routines must be entered correctly, (2) payment must be made in full, (3) music must be uploaded online
- 7 days before the event – competition schedule posted online and personalized schedules available in dancer accounts
- All-Star Dancers who qualify during the regional season and wish to perform in the Opening Number at Finals must fill out the participation form by the deadline to be included in our roster (form and info in Dancer Hub)
DURING
- 1 hour before the first scheduled performance – doors open
- Larger props may dropped off at the loading dock once doors open
- Overall results will be posted on our touchscreen TV after each awards set
- Download our FREE Showstopper App for event updates and resources
AFTER
- 1-2 days after the event – competition results and judges’ critiques are made available
- 5-7 days after the event – all Pink Carpet photos of graduating seniors and teachers will be sent to the studio
- 5-7 days after the event – Opening Number video will be sent to All-Star dancers
THE FINALS EXPERIENCE:
- Graduating Senior recognition with a Senior Day, Senior Pink Carpet Walk, and graduation gifts
- The Showstopper All-Star’s Opening Number, a “can’t-miss” performance from the nation’s top dancers
- The America Loves to Dance Awards LIVE championship day event with professional hosts, studio interviews, top solo and duet/trio showcase, and more!
FOR TEACHERS & STUDIO OWNERS:
- An extra-large Teacher Hospitality Suite is open all week with complimentary snacks and beverages
