Yes! All of our Regionals and The Finals competitions are live streamed through our website or app. Video of the live stream can be bought through your Studio or Dancer account here.
During category awards, every dancer receives a medal and every routine receives a trophy. During overall awards, every top 10 dancer receives an overall medal and the 1st place winner of each overall age division receives a trophy.

Absolutely! We offer the industry’s best routine videos and photo packages. Pre-order during the competition and receive your dancer’s full, multi-cam routine video for only $9.99, or order your dancer’s photo package including all photos taken during the routine (about 35-40 photos) for only $9.99! You can bundle both for $18.99 per routine.
All classes are grouped by age groups – Senior, Junior, and Tween. We believe in taking on new challenges and learning from those around you. We have something to learn from every kind of dancer. Our instructors are trained to teach choreography that challenges and excites all dancers at every age group and level.
Sure! But if that class isn’t in the age group you were registered for we just kindly ask that you are respectful to the dancers who are registered to dance in that class, and if the class seems to full consider trying a different class. There’s always plenty of options!
Our convention age groups are a little different than competitions. Seniors are dancers ages 13+, Juniors are ages 9-12, and Tweens are age 6-8, and Teachers are ages 18+.
Yes, you must be apart of a studio and registered for an event to join the Dancer Hub.
Yes, you are in the right place! After purchasing your photos and videos you must create an account for your dancer with the SAME email address used when purchasing.
If you are a user in the Studio Center, you do not need a Dancer Hub account!
Dancer’s information is pulled from registration, so enter your dancer’s information exactly how your studio entered it when registering.

Login to your account click “make payment”. Your balance will automatically appear.
We pull your dancer’s information from registration, so you will have to make sure you enter your dancer’s information exactly how your studio entered it when registering. If you are not sure how your teacher entered the info, you can check with them or with our Show Specialists at the Showstopper Store. They will be able to tell you if your dancer’s name is spelled incorrectly, your teacher used “Sally” instead of “Sally May” or the birthdate was off by day. It is very important that dancers information is entered correctly when registering! This affects photo/video orders, personal schedules, results, and creating accounts.
Congratulations! If you plan to attend our Finals and perform in the Opening Number, must submit an Official All Star Form. You can find this form and all the important information you need to review in your Dnace Hub account. If you have not already created an account go ahead and do so using your name and birthday.
On either side of the stage in the front and backstage, you see our next screens. This will always show the next 3 routines. We recommend heading backstage once you see your routine come up on the screen. When it is your turn you will hear the announcer welcome you to the stage.
If your studio made any changes to routines less than ten days before the start of the competition, then those changes will not be reflected in the program book. ALL changes and finalized schedules will be up to date through your online account.
Double platinum (platinum, gold, etc.) is how you placed against other dancers in your category and where you placed on our award scale. Overall is how you placed against other dancers in your age division and level (teen, competitive-level).
Photos and videos will be available for download 2-4 days after the event. Once you receive an email saying everything is online, login to your account OR create an account using your dancer’s information and using the same email address as you provided when you preorder your photos/videos.
